Refund policy

All Gradable products are custom-made on-demand through our fulfillment partner Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

What Printful covers (at no cost to you)

If there is a manufacturing error or quality issue with your order — such as a damaged, misprinted, or defective item — our fulfillment partner Printful takes full responsibility. In these cases you are entitled to a free reprint or a full refund. You do not need to return the product.

To report an issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery at funstuffvault@hotmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and defect

What is not covered

• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Products returned without prior approval

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

EU Right of Withdrawal

As our products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c) (goods made to the consumer's specifications).
