How long does shipping take?

All products are made on demand and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Malaysia & Asia: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over 500 DKK / 65 EUR / $75 USD.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide including Denmark, Europe, USA, Malaysia, Australia, and more.

What are your products made of?

Our t-shirts and hoodies are made from premium organic cotton - soft, durable, and eco-friendly. Full material details are listed on each product page.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up - especially for our oversized styles.

Are the colors accurate to the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and print processes.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Since all products are made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

What if I receive a defective or wrong item?

If you receive a defective or incorrectly printed item, contact us within 30 days at funstuffvault@hotmail.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

EU customers - 2-year warranty

EU customers are covered by a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other local payment methods at checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and secure payment processing to keep your information safe.

What currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in your local currency where available. Danish customers pay in DKK, European customers in EUR, US customers in USD, and Malaysian customers in MYR.
